Pumpkin lovers healthy smoothie

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup pumpkin puree

2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein powder

1 cup almond, rice, or coconut milk

2 tbsp 100% maple syrup or 1 packet stevia

2 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup spinach or kale

½ ripe banana (optional)

Ice, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Blend all together and enjoy!

Nutritional Information: 1 drink = (¼ cup protein, ¼ cup veggies, ¼ cup fruit, ¼ cup carbs)
